There's another new retail building coming to Caprock Crossing according to CSTX New Development. No clue on what tenants will be there, though.

Yes, simply rebuilding the Exxon.
Signage says Kroger gas. Hopefully it's as cheap as their sw Parkway store and I'm happy I can use the Kroger discount. Convenient location

Blake from Big Daddy Z's food truck shutting down and starting a new truck selling cheesesteaks called "Blake's Steaks." Not my thing, but seems like it will do well in BCS.

I wonder if Bryan will now annex that whole area? That is just outside of the city limits.

Went to farmhouse creamery tonight around 8:30 and the line was out the door! It moved pretty quick. I would say they had close to 25 flavors that all sounded awesome. Employees were eager to offer samples. Pricing is competitive to marble slab. $4/single scoop, .80/each topping. They have shakes, banana splits and some other ice cream treats. The buildout is bright and clean with a decent amount of tables inside. I'm sure they'll add more seating outside soon. I bet they do well. Huge crowds tonight despite little advertising. We got lucky and just happened to drive by!

The dulce de leche cheesecake ice cream was scrumptious! Line was still there at 9:30 but not as long. Glad to see they had a good Grand Opening.
