It's fun to watch your team play in the postseason, let the chips fall where they may. It's much easier to watch your team play a playoff series and not have to worry about what other teams are doing. There's nothing more grueling and exhausting than playoff baseball. It's 4 hours (less now) of stomach churning, nail biting, heart pumping, edge of your seat anticipation.
Then if you're lucky you're rewarded with this.

There is far more margin for error during a baseball game even if it comes down to a RF making a routine catch.

I'll chime in and say the Stars are probably my favorite professional team. Their games are incredibly fun to watch live and when you watch the games on TV you got the best in the business in Josh & Razor giving you PBP.
It's also the one sport I could get my wife into and she is all in and takes it way more seriously than I do. Tyler Seguin helps in that regard, but whatever it takes.
I hope Houston gets a franchise sometime soon, just cause we're in a blackhole for hockey. Closest teams are a 10-11hr drive away (St Louis, Nashville, and Denver)

I lived in South Carolina for a couple years. Not super far from Raleigh. I just became a fan. They're a fun team.
