Oaks Reserve is the second phase of a planned three-phase multifamily development encompassing more than 53 acres and totaling approximately 1,000 apartment homes. The first phase, Brazos Oaks, consists of 315 units and was completed in June 2026. The community has experienced strong demand and is now over 90% leased.

It's coming. The new Valero Station at the corner of jones road and 47 should open any day now. I realize it's not retail in the larger sense, but it's starting nonetheless.

The new Medical Examiner's Office is opening later this month. They are offering tours before it opens if you are dying to get in there.

Apartments and townhomes are planned for Victoria, across form CSHS. Last night the council approved rezoning that gave the greenlight to this project. It is expected to bring around 600 units between the apartments and the townhomes.

Could the Terafab facility have been the big thing that was originally coming to Bryan a few years back where city leaders were saying they can't talk about it, but it's big? Nothing ever came of that. I bet that's what it was and they found that land instead.
