The fact that people like Bill make excuses for crap like this is almost as bad as the act itself.
Bill enjoys tap dancing on the line himself, so I'm not sure why you are surprised. He does have a point that you're gonna have *******s making bad jokes on the General board, so probably best to avoid topics that are going to be sensitive if you generally don't want something like that to happen. Spoilers being posted on a GB thread about GOT is probably close to 100%.
No no JJ -- Bill only posts things that he think might happen... even though he's read the books, they are still just what he thinks might happen *based on what he's watched*.

This is the Entertainment board, going to other boards looking for spoiler free discussion is silly. Thats like complaining that you went to FB or tigerdroppings and someone posted a spoiler. If you want spoiler-free discussion, you have to stick to this thread and not go out of your way to find threads on other boards/forums/socialmedia pertaining to GOTs.
Be glad staff monitors this thread.
In all honesty, when people discuss GOTs outside the confines of this thread, you should know some ahole will likely slip something (IRL too). Just be glad you didnt open a thread entitled "Sumlin leaving for USC" and it being filled with plot details. No what you saw was a thread about GOTs, and curiosity killed the cat.

hayden, there is plenty the show shows that isnt in the books, which is why many readers get on this thread to discuss the show.

That thread had multiple posts confirming that he spoiled events beyond book 3. Beyond BOOK three. Meaning (loosely) season four of the television show.
Not so sure why you're hell bent on defending this guy when it was clear he was trying to piss people off with a misleading thread title.

I am fortunate to have missed both the spoiler in this thread and the spoiler in the GB. Sucks knowing that a lot of you have been robbed of the element of surprise that some of us still have, that makes the show so much more enjoyable.

Is Stannis Baratheon in King's Landing or Dragonstone? In the last episode it looks like Melisandra takes Gendry to King's Landing to meet with Stannis who confirms Gendry is of Baratheon blood. Or were they just sailing past Kings Landing to Dragonstone?
Just sailing past it (that's the way I took it). They're at Dragonstone.
When Mel meets Stannis and gives the lamb/knife speech there was a really cool stone dragonhead in the room. Really cool set dressing.
Dragonstone is located just outside the Blackwater Bay from Kings landing...they were sailing past KL on the way back to Dragonstone
I'm surprised in the middle of a war the capital allows ships to just sail pay like that.
