That makes sense, and it explains how/why Cersi was already in on Tywin's plans to wed Sansa off to Tyrion. She just didn't know the other shoe would drop on her.

(I guess that other shoe is probably a clog or a pump of some sort. Regardless, there's no doubt that it's very stylish, if not downright FABULOUS!)

I think there are too many story lines. I'd be happy if they killed off about half the characters and devoted more time to the ones I find more interesting. I really like Peter Dinklage; the storyline between him & his *****y sister & and their dad (who I find hilarious in an overbearing patriarch sort of way); Joffrey & his hot manipulative wife-to-be; and the fat dorky guy out in the snow with the crying baby and baby momma who got knocked up by her dad.

The creepy bald nutless guy is growing on me along with the relationship between the badass bodyguard chick and the kingslayer. The 2 best storylines are Arya and the dragon queen by far. I'm madly in love with the dragon queen and have decided that she's the hottest character in the history of television.

All other stories need to step it up, because I really couldn't care less about any of them. Especially the greyjoy guy and the red witch with the smoke monster coming out of her cooch. Those 2 storylines just boor me to tears, and the sooner those characters get killed off the better.

The crippled kid's storyline seems to have potential, but he needs to start honing that skill before I forget about him all together. John Snow's story has the chance of being salvaged by the redheaded hottie, but I mostly just find him uninteresting. I know there are lots of other storylines that I'm forgetting...and I guess that's the point I'm trying to make. They're forgettable.

I also struggle to remember names because all their names are so weird...so I've just given them all a nickname that I can more easily remember. There are about 10 men between the ages of 45 and 60 with a beard that I simply cannot tell apart. I can only tell them apart by who they're talking to and what they're talking about. The dragon lady's 2 bodyguards, the dwarf's body guard, the dwarf's dad, the pathetic guy trying to hook up with the red queen w/ the smoke coming out of her cooch, and pretty much everyone Arya's run into during her trek (other than the Hound) all look the same. At least one of those guys is missing an eye, so I guess that helps a little.

Plus, a new 50 yr old guy with a beard is introduced every episode, so I spend the whole time trying to figure out which one he is only to realize after reading a breakdown of the show online after the fact that he's new.

I find myself having to pause the show about 100 times in each episode to go look up who the guy on screen is and how he relates to everyone. It's very tiresome.

With that said, I absolutely love this show...or at least about 80% of it. The other 20% I don't really understand at all.

The dragon lady's 2 bodyguards = the original is Ser Jorah Mormont, the 2nd is the former Lord Commander of the Kingsguard Ser Barristan

the dwarf's body guard = Bronn, or Ser Bronn after the Battle of Blackwater

the dwarf's dad = Tywin Lannister

the pathetic guy trying to hook up with the red queen w/ the smoke coming out of her cooch = Stannis Baratheon, King Robert's rightful heir.

and pretty much everyone Arya's run into during her trek (other than the Hound) all look the same. At least one of those guys is missing an eye, so I guess that helps a little.

Eyepatch = Ser Beric
Drunk friend of Eyepatch = Ser Thoros
Three kills = Jaqen Haqar

I'll admit, after the first season I couldnt tell Bronn (Tyrion's Bodyguard that fought for him) and Yoren (the Nights Watch guy that took Arya).

Both had stubbly beards, black hair, late 40s, constantly wearing black.

I'm a "reader," but I'm fairly certain there's a wiki just for the show that makes no mention of anything in the books. This is just one of those shows that probably warrants a little homework.

I'm in the camp that this is one of those shows that you get out what you put in. I enjoy watching the show twice, once Sunday night and again during the week with the interactive features of HBO Go. On the iPad you can browse houses and maps while the show is streaming.

I'm also with those that enjoy some of the storylines over others. I hope Sam is gone for awhile and then shows up at some crucial scene to save Jon Snow and we find out he's been holed up with his chick with a brood of his own all slim and badass.

So who predicts Brieene and Jamie get it on eventually? They definitely create some sexual tension there.

Anyone else think that Snow somehow convinces the Nightwatch to join forces with the Wildings to take on the walkers? Seems like those crews would get along and the Nightwatch isn't real unified at the moment.

Any chance we see Dany or Jorah ride a dragon before the series is over? Has anyone in the realm ever ridden a dragon?

I remember Arya saying the the conqerer Targaryen and his 2 sisters riding dragons. THIS WAS IN THE SHOW.

I don't know if we will ever see them ride, but the Targaryens rode dragons back in the day

Link? The wiki's I've found are all based on the books, with no spoiler spacing

The smug, smirking look that Cersei was giving Tyrion followed by the "Wait, what?" moment with daddy was one of my favorites in the episode.

And you can have Dany and Margery, who are no doubt hot. Cersei still reigns supreme in my book as Queen Regent of Hot.
