She actually wacked it pretty good but the bear just grabbed the sword and pulled her in to maul her. The wooden sword is nothing to the bear, unless she was able to stab it in the mouth or the eye. With no edge to cut its basically useless, she could never hit it hard enough to actually harm the bear.

It would make you think that Tywinn is getting some inside info from somewhere since he knew what Robb's troop movements would be.
Im pretty sure spies can tell if Robb is heading toward his grandfather's funeral
Speaking of wooden swords, does Arya's dance instructor still exist? I noticed that they did not show him actually getting killed but did show that he was capable of taking out almost all of them with only a wooden sword. I wonder if he is set to show back up later?

That was kicked around in Season 1. Who knows. And last season it was kicked around that because Jagen (assassin) could change faces, and he complimented her dance instructor that perhaps they were one and the same person.

this is a good question, we were led to believe that he was killed by the kings guard knight, but we never saw him actually die so it is possible
I'm also pretty sure that kings guard was in later episodes...so not thinking he died in the process.

The letter clearly mentions Rob Stark and we never see who actually wrote it so there's no way of knowing who it's from or to.
But we do know it mentions Rob Stark, and we do know that Stark's chick is writing secret letters, has asked about troop movement and has joked about being a spy.
Like I said - probably far too much hinting at it for it to be what is actually going on, but it is certainly being touched on.
I guess ravens aren't exactly secure communication no matter who is doing the sending or receiving.

I can't remember, did he consult w/ Robb before making the deal w/ Jaime to send him back to King's Landing? I know Catelyn was trying to send him there, but that was against Robb's wishes originally.
I dont think he ever consulted Robb. He made it a point over and over to make sure that Jamie let Tywin know that Bolton was nice to Jamie. Not sure if hes just going for pre-emptive mercy or setting himself up to jump sides

Simpletons complain about the show being slow, etc. It's not their fault (just the way they are), but they should tune into something much easier to follow.

Not all of us are as cultured and have the same appreciation for the arts as "Jackass2004."
The series is amazing, but no series is above criticism, and this season has had a slow pace overall. As I said earlier, we're about to finish the season, and it feels as if we're in the middle of the season. I haven't read the books, but I believe somebody said earlier that this season is the first part of the third book, and that is what it feels like. Just feels like we're building to something that we aren't going to get to in three episodes.
But, if it makes you feel better to call people simpletons because they tire of seeing the same scene of Theon being tortured every week or the same scene of Bran and friends in the woods every week, then go ahead.

Well, if it makes you feel better to complain about a show every week that requires the setting up of situations, characters, etc, and can't be a Michael Bay production all the time, then go ahead.
But seriously, don't throw a fit when you're ridiculed for putting your opinions out for all to see...
