We really need to get you in a raid man. Vault of Glass is the best content in the game, and Crota isn't too bad either. Both are still fun.

Finally got some trials gear tonight!! Redbaron jumped in with me and Boogie to pull down an 8-2 run on our 2nd attempt at trials. Got a helm of the exile with a 130 discipline roll and bought the plate of the exile with an intellect 160 roll with hand cannon/shotgun combo so no complaints at all!!

I am more of a dick than most people, but IMO, I think it is appreciated to send a message first before just joining on someone.

I had a night where someone *cough* Beau *cough* joined on me when I was glimmer farming in VOG and he wasn't on comms. He proceeded to not die in a timely fashion repeatedly and not respond on comms so I had to boot him. I felt bad because he wasn't responding and he just kept killing things but I was tired and wanted to finish glimmer farming so he got the boot.

Best glimmer farming I have found is the exclusion zone on mars by popping a supply code. Bump it to the first epic difficulty and you'll have like 8 cabal leaders that drop for the ships. Just leave one of the normal phalanx guys to either kill you or kill yourself and keep running that checkpoint. Better yet, run it with a buddy and y'all can super each ship as it drops enemies and just pick up the orbs your buddy made.

Thanks Red and thanks guys for the feedback!! Also just wanted to know what's a good gun with void damage to use for the thorn pvp challenge? I really stink at pvp, but every once in a while I get lucky and finish with a good k/d ratio.

I used a void shotgun and truth when I really started trying. You could roll one of the new shotguns and try for void + preferred perks but I used a mediocre secret handshake. Play style is most important. Lots of games I would sit at the heavy ammo a minute before it dropped. It's also helpful to work the bounty during iron banner. Play regular control while all the better players are grinding iron banner. Basically sit back and only fight 1 v 1. Get rockets and fire across the map. Stay out of the mix. If you're a hunter using your super or grenades won't help. Arc bolt grenade will take off enough damage that you can use void weapon to polish them off, though.

And for all the games we won (we lost our 1st one which meant we had to win 8 straight b/c the boon was wasted) I rocked Universal Remote and LDR!! What a pretty combo!

Thanks Streetfighter!! I got destroyed last night playing skirmish, but did significantly better playing control. Luckily I'm running both the Bad Juju and thorn pvp bounties at the same time, so when I'm getting my a** handed to me, I don't feel like it's a total waste of time.

I saw a bunch of you guys on tonight...We should have got a vog/Poe going. I still need to do the nightfalls and I'm trying to get my hunter and warlock to level 34. I just need the Poe chest piece.

I'd like to get a VOC, and gally before the taken king comes out too. I should be on more after this Friday, when summer classes are over.
