How would one go about cheesing it? Hypothetically speaking, of course.
We would fire team then go to Rumble- taking turns murdering each other until the bounty is filled...hypothetically of course
Rumble with a strike team of 6 people. They run at you and you gun them down with a void weapon.
Nightfall - The Will of Crota (Omnigul)
- Epic - Heavily shielded and highly aggressive enemies appear in great numbers.
- Nightfall - If all players die, your Fireteam is returned to Orbit.
- Arc Burn - Arc damage from any source is greatly increased.
- Lightswitch - Minions of the Darkness deal much more melee damage.
- Juggler - No ammo drops for your equipped weapon
- Heroic - Enemies appear in greater numbers and are more aggressive.

Ruin Wings + Thunderlord + heavy kill orb perk = my titan is about to be your best friend on this Nightfall.
Or I could keep Saint-14 and do this.

If you don't mind bundling with Thorn bounty....
I managed to finish Bad Juju and Invective bounties. I think it's because they didn't require me to use a void weapon and at the time I was sporting a Suros Regime pre-nerf.
Does anyone here fully understand the CE loot mechanism for armor? If I need chest, boots, and helmet for my Titan, do i run it normal first and then on hard or just do hard? Just trying to see if I've been wasting my time by doing NM and then HM all these weeks.

Helmet only drops on hard. Otherwise, won't matter.
If you need armor, the more you run it, the more drop opportunities that you get, so i would run normal then run hard. Death Singer only counts as a chest so you only get that item once though.

Well, on hard you get "two" rolls, and normal you get one roll. Hard drops primary weapons.
If you can get some nice folks to carry you though CE, I'd run hard once and be done with it.
That said, I wouldn't break your neck this week trying to level everything up. IThe DLC drops next week, and upgrading things look to be alot easier.
LOL. I grabbed a double drop of fatebringer on my third attempt last night on Xbox...Hoping I have the same luck when I roll my PS4 characters.

Anyone raiding HM CE or HM VoG this week, or y'all conserving energy before the new DLC hits? Still after a a few weapons (and random armor pieces from the Bridge to get my guys to 32) that I'd like to upgrade in HoW.

I was lucky enough to get the helmet last night from Crota Normal, but it won't matter after the DLC drops. Thanks for the responses.
The CE gear is too situational to ascend in HoW, but, what about the VoG armor?

Unfortunately I still need two VoG pieces for the hunter and all of the Warlock. I'd be down for a Vault run or two this week. And maybe one Crota. Honestly raiding is just fun.
I sharded what VoG armor I had had a few months ago (none of it was helms) for the materials.
But, looks like I'll still be trying for Hm VoG runs anyways. Sounds like Fatebringer is the go-to weapon to ascend and I don't have a single one of those... and I'd finally like a speeder that is better than the green one you get during the story missions.

I just can't wait to ascend my Atheon's Epilogue, Vision of Confluence, Ice Breaker, and Thunderlord.
But sadly those will have to wait for the armor to be upgraded first.

Y'all excited for HoW, or bummed about it being a 3 man run instead of an actual raid? Feel like they have a chance to do a lot right here with this next DLC, but, will probably end up being disappointed again and playing in spurts like I do here or there.
