I honestly hope not. 300 sure, but 310 from IB is just insane. Iron Banner already has had the worst lag because the rewards are nice. Anything north of 300 is silly imho. You should only get 310 gear from IB if you drop a 7k game when you are not in a party with anyone else in the lobby (so that you weren't boosted). Also, the fact that IB is always control every single day is annoying. Hopefully they will edit that format.

Me and Forrest hopped in with a group of LFG randoms (they were pretty cool) last night and cleared the raid from start to finish in about 2.5 hours, IIRC. Not too shabby. Only wiped once against Oryx, I think.

Sucks having to decide between keeping raid gear or trading it for having any of my other armor/weapons above 295...
