To put it in perspective, it's rumored the Rouge One ending will be the same scene as how A New Hope opens (with Leia giving R2D2 the stolen Death Star plans on her ship, being chased by a Star Destroyer).

Yep. I mean, this is the spoiler thread and this isn't even really a spoiler, but I'm pretty sure these guys are referencing Tarkin. It's definitely an actor who has died, who they brought back to "life" with CGI, and the only person I can think of who could fit that bill is Tarkin. If so, that really sucks. When will these guys learn that it's so much better to just not go down that road (re: young Bridges in Tron: Legacy as well). It's just not necessary and FAR too distracting. Heck, for this one in particular, even if he looked and moved perfectly, it's still jarring because, you know, that actor is DEAD.

I support the law and order party that puts the needs of humans above those of aliens thst are taking our jobs. My uncle had a great job on bespin before those damn ugnuhts streamed across the galaxy and took the jobs of real citizens of the galaxy.

Yes. Its pretty boring, but its nice backstory. I think it'll help better understand Rogue One.
