  • Volleyball recruiting starts at midnight on June 15. We start conversations that day. It used to be that eighth graders were committed to a school. We wanted to slow that down by pushing when we talk later, but it has sped up the process.
     
  • You have to find who is really interested, but the most important part is building a relationship. Making sure that a 16-year-old is comfortable with the decision that they are making.
