The officiating in all of these second round series makes it appear the NBA wants them to go as long as possible. The Celtics ****ed it up last night but the refs were totally on their corner.

I'll be surprised if Dallas doesn't get the home cooking tonight. The good news is, historically, home/away foul and FT disparities actually shrink in game 7s.

I actually think Dallas has a very good chance of winning tonight. I also agree with Infection_Ag11 that the NBA is doing everything it can to get these series to go to 7 makes. I'm actually surprised Scott Foster isn't reffing this game.

If Foster refs the potential PHX-DAL game 7, then I think you could make a tin foil hat argument that the NBA wants a Luka-Curry WCF to maximize eyeballs.

The Mavericks haven't won in Phoenix since 2019. Since 2015-2016, Dallas is 2-9 at the Talking Stick Resort Arena/Footprint Center.

I think it's interesting how much we can feel the difference between a 35% and a 40% 3-point shooter, despite the fact that the 40% guy only makes one more 3 per 20 attempts.

I get it, Luka complains to the refs a lot but with how this series has been called against him I don't blame him. That last elbow to the face, with a replay, going uncalled is absolutely ridiculous.

If Luka wants to get more calls, he needs to go strong all the way to the rim and stop pulling up in the paint. Not bagging on him, just saying that the refs punish perceived timidity.

The home court advantage has been strong in this series. Helluva job forcing game 7 but gotta find away to bring this same defensive effort in game 7.
