TNT Play by play announce Kevin Harlan was saying it correctly on Monday night's game, and he has completely changed the pronunciation in tonight's game. Tonight he is saying "Buh-LOCK."
Said correctly, it's "Bull-uck" Stress is on the first syllable. Like Sandra. No one seems to foul that up.
