There's nothing wrong with drinking a box of wine between the time the school bus leaves and after school pickup. A lot of people do that.

This is why I deleted all my social media accounts. There is so much crap out there is makes my bunny head hurt. No more trending cringe worthy dance videos or nurses threading not to date white men.

I was reading somewhere that a group of the jurors planned to do a joint interview about the case after it was over, can anyone corroborate this? This supposedly came from one of the jurors in a NBC-10 interview. Isn't this right up there with obstruction of justice or some kind of manipulation if its true?

I would think so. I mean, they ARE going to re-try her, right?

RIGHT?

No ***** It was 11-1 and it took a very brave man to make it that. They can try her 100 times in that ****hole state and she will get NGRI. Hell, change it flat out to not guilty straight up and she would likely get that since one of the few men with a backbone has already been taken out of the jury pool.

No. Jurors are told by the judge they're free to talk about the case as much or as little as they want to after their service is complete. That's fairly standard.

I got the impression they were planning the interview before the trial had completed, which I think it the issue. It was like the OJ jurors keeping journals for a book deal while sequestered.

We were told that on our federal jury trial. It garnered enough local attention that there were reporters out front, but they were waiting for the attorneys and we walked right past the mob. They never looked at us.

If you murder your kids when you could have told your husband to take them and help her to get help or ask your family to take them is responsible, whether or not she's on medication or hormonal crazy. She was clear headed enough to look up how long she needed to send her husband away and she did send him away so she could kill them. How could she live knowing she did that. If you harm a child the Bible has a big warning.

Lemme get this right.....

If we vote for a woman for President, it's possible she could start World War III but it wouldn't be her fault because it's the wrong time of the month?

Not necessarily, could be menopause or other hormonal fluctuations. Could be they didn't like the way the leader of Poland looked at them. Could be the shoes the leader of Zimbabwe was wearing that clashed with their "outfit" The reasons are endless.

I had to take our 9 month old to what was supposed to be a routine pediatrician visit that turned into everything not normal while wife was on a business trip. This was back in the day that you still had to pull over, get your screaming crying kid out of the car seat, walk up to a pay phone, put in a quarter and call mother in law to have her meet me at the house so I didn't lose my mind.

It can be done even by a dumb man.

That's like that case up in the PNW where some black homeless guy stabbed a white guy and got acquitted because the white guy called him the N-word AFTER he got stabbed...

Judge denied the defense motion to sequester.

Quote:

Why Sequestration Was Denied

Defense request: Defense attorney Kevin Reddington asked Judge Sullivan to sequester the jury due to heavy public attention.

Judge's decision: The judge denied the request. He noted that keeping a jury in a hotel away from home is rare and extreme in modern trials.

Alternative approach: The judge chose to trust the jurors to follow the rules while living at home during the trial.

MA is full of crazy libs.

No amount of logic is going to convince the illogical that orange man isn't so bad that we should all vote for socialists in 2026. He wants to vote for a socialist who wants to kill the O&G industry, dismantle capitalism, open the borders, ban guns, legalize abortion up to birth, allow men to play girls sports and hang out in women's locker rooms, and pay for trans surgeries for little kids. Maybe MA is way way different (no surprise if it is) but I am not seeing the strategy of the defense here.

Attacking the juror and the judge in this fashion is more commonly done post-conviction to get a new trial. She was not convicted, it was a hung jury. It is up to the prosecution to decide whether to retry her, not a remedy for an appellate court to decide. Nor is there a double jeopardy claim that I can see.

What am I missing?
Enrico Pallazzo
How long do you want to ignore this user?
The angle is to scare potential jurors in a second trial that if you vote guilty, they will wreck your life. Who wouldn't love having their cell data pulled, opposing attorneys and the courts culling through it, then personal or embarrassing stuff magically leaked? They have been on attack mode against this guy for weeks now, and they are taking it to the next level.
