Barnes gone to Sac for Zach Randolf (expiring contract) and another player per Woj. Salary move so Mavs can go after Vucevic of Orlando this summer?

I'm shocked we were able to dump Barnes but not shocked that Sacramento is the one team dumb enough to take him.

seeing from ESPN that Mavs will get $30 million in cap space for 2019-2020 from this move. $40 million if Powell opts-out (which seems unlikely). Forget about Randolph, he is irrelevant as a player in this deal.
I dont get this mindset. Harrison Barnes is a multimillionaire, his contract isnt gone. He still gets paidHead Ninja In Charge said:
Cuban just traded Barnes away during the commercial break. LMAO.

It was brutal sitting in the stadium watching him interact with his (now) former teammates and listening to fans shout 'YOUVE BEEN TRADED!!!"PDEMDHC said:
Why is being traded mid game brutal? Trades are part of the business. MLB has done it for a long time. He gets paid millions to play a kids game. Everyone was nothing but professional on how it was handled. I wish him the best and he's a great guy!
Lebron ripped the Mavs on Twitter, so I know what we did was perfectly fine.
He knew they were working on the trade and chose to play. It wasn't a surprise, he's just a good dudeCOAg15 said:
Man mid game is just ruthless. HB wasn't apart of our plan going forward, but I appreciate what he did for Dallas. Wish him the best in Sacramento

No one is abhorred by the fact that Barnes was traded. But him being literally the last person to know and find out by a group of jeering a-holes is prolly not the preffered delivery method. If you can't see that, then Idk what to tell you.
