I guess he thinks they're in a playoff series. The only reason they had more paint point is because they had over 30 fast break points. Not a lot of fouls on break away dunks. Meanwhile, the Spurs are posting someone up on over half their possessions.

Luke's perception was skewed because we weren't guarding Lebron with Quincy Pondexter.
The Lakers were called for 4 more fouls but most of that was because they had nobody that could handle Lamarcus. McGee is a decent defender near the basket but when he would follow LA out toward the perimeter he would fall for ball fakes every time. When he got in foul trouble they brought in the scrubs and LA absolutely abused them. Zubac had 5 personals in 5 minutes of playing time. LA took him to school.Enzo The Baker said:

We can't continue to play two bigs on the floor against these small ball teams. Pacers are just out running and gunning us from the three point line and we're just too slow closing out. Davis can be on the floor as the 4, but you can't have a combination of LA/Pau/Poeltl.
This team can't guard the three point line to save their life.
Pacers can't miss.
The majority of their looks have been wide open.

Spurs defense is historically bad so far this season. I guess losing 6 out of your top 7 defenders will have an impact.
