I get it but still need post help to have any chance at contention. If they could somehow get Millsap, which would take a lot of help, that would be great. I think the George trade is still doable with their assets. He told Indy he isn't coming back after this season, but there's a good chance George is a rental. Unlikely to get long term deals out of Paul and George without them taking discounts.

We got his Bird Rights in the trade. Remember that in the last CBA, it was CP3 who wanted the supermax deal. So at worse, we will get a sign and trade for him.

Ariza is one of the reasons we got CP3. They're boys. I think we're going to need a guy like Ariza even more with Bev gone. Someone has to do the dirty work and defend the other team;s best player. Ariza is that guy. If we can somehow swing George then there is another long defender.

Starting 5 is gearing up to be Paul, Harden, Ariza, Melo, Capela.

If Melo comes, the Rox are clearly gearing towards Lebron and DWade in 2018 offseason.

That scenario seems ridiculously pie in the sky, but the rumors have been around for years linking the 4 together.
