I noticed this morning that the Old Army Spirit / Greek Boutique location on Harvey was empty and signs were removed. Anyone know if they are closed/moving/remodeling?

They have a website (http://www.thegreekboutique.com/), so I don't know. The front page has been updated. Also, heard that KBTX reported Shoe Daze was closing, but didn't find it online.
Arbano Cafe opened this week. The single Yelp review looks planted, though.

Also, the gf and I had Wafology last night. They had a crazy-stupid long line, but the food was tasty. Menu was simple. Good prices. I would eat their food again.

A new Academy store will be built by the new Wal-Mart & 2818 area
We can use another Academy. They have great prices. Should do well.

I kind of have the same question about all the tenants listed in "negotiations" for Northpoint Crossing. Where is that verified?
Really not entirely sure about the Northpoint Crossing tenants one way or the other, they may or may not come, that's why they're listed in a separate category.
How do you know they are in negotiations? Those should all be rumors.

The PDF indicates that they are in "negotiation", not "proposed". Also, it has been mildly updated since last time (a large "salon" is in negotiations for a space).
It will be interesting to see how many of those businesses in negotiation actually end up at Northpoint Crossing.

Candlewood Inns And Suites went before Site Development in Bryan on February 11 with plans for a four story, 89 room hotel to be built close to the new Hilton Garden Inn in Bryan.
Is that an apartment complex being built near traditions on W Villa Maria? Drove past it the other day and could not tell.
Yes, that is apartments going up. It is part of a bigger development going up there. It is being developed by RA Galindo I think. I think housing is going up behind it and offices too. I may be wrong about the offices.
