Signs out in the grass infront of the gas pumps, Game Time Pizza and Wings now open in Wellborn!!!!
They are clearing out the lot immediately North of Saltgrass on the feeder. I don't recall hearing what would be on that lot.

I think "where La Riviera is located" is describing the shopping center, not describing the location of the new restaurant.

redd is correct. I really couldn't think of the name of the center. It's North Park. I really didn't make it clear.
Signs weren't out in grass last night. I know that the city monitors signage and warns/removes signs from road areas.
Here are renderings of the Century Square Mixed-Use Development located at the University and College Ave. Its nice, but why have all of the parking in front of the building? Why not make it more pedestrian friendly?

There are also 2 parking structures in the rear. Looks fairly pedestrian friendly to me.

Kreuz Market is about to start construction on their restaurant next to IHOP in Bryan. There is a J A Cody Construction Company portable office building on the land today.
There's an IHOP in Bryan?
Ihop in Bryan is on bypass next to Best Western.
I think they were aiming for August opening (Kreuz). Better get moving.

No buffet then. Not sure how that's gonna play, as a lot of people I know have been looking for a really good Chinese buffet in this town for sometime now. Of course, some would argue the buffet concept tends to lead to a race to the bottom, so that might be just as well, but if you're going to go it straight you better have some pretty good food to draw in repeat business.
