A liquor store is going in Bryan Towne Center next to Target.

Franchise was sold to a new owner who closed it down to move the location to the Houston area, sadly.
TSTAR may be moving into Bryan. It is a company that is affiliated with NASA.

There is actually a nice little niche for back up data centers. Far enough inland that hurricane damage isn't a big concern and close enough to move ops relatively easily. There have been a few targeted over the years. Not as good as a payroll on top of the ad valorems, but still a nice little bump in valuations.

Longneck Liquor in Bryan Towne Center next to Target is now open. Bryan Target is having its Grand Re-opening April 6.
Saw an ad saying a True Value is opening behind America's Country Store in Wellborn.
Mueller Roofs and Metal Buildings is now open on the east bypass in Bryan.

True Value has had a lumber and supply shop there for some time, at least it did last summer. Mickey's and Salad Sculptors have been removed from "recently opened", Mueller has been added, Longneck Liquor added, and Cafe Eccell added to recently closed. Dragon One is off the list for recently closed.
Saltgrass filed their site plan for the Arrington / 6 frontage road intersection.

Farm Bureau Insurance has opened a new office at 2751 Nash St. in Bryan (behind post office & new Raceway convenient store)

It opens tomorrow? Because Yelp's "Greg D" just posted one of the longest reviews I've ever read of it. I'm not linking it because if all the potty language.
He probably found his way into a soft opening with reduced prices (if not free), ate a lot of food, and then proceeded to rant about mostly irrelevant issues. The worse part is, this isn't the only "review" that's like this that he posted.
He rants about restaurants that aren't "high quality" and bring in stuff from Sysco or how he never gives good reviews to chains, yet he gives both Jimmy John's five stars (he works there, I've heard)

Greg D's reviews suck. I don't think he was even at the CS Willie's yesterday. That review sounds like sour grapes for a butt-whoopin' he got at a Houston Willie's back in the 1990's. The photos he posted were taken during construction, not yesterday.
I don't know what you guys are talking about. I find GregD's reviews invaluable. I usually read them and go to the places/do the opposite of whatever he says.
