Sick with Covid, too much time on my hands, so I wrote a 5-episode treatment for how Kenobi could have gone.
1. Basically the same, but no Reva. We see Kenobi in hiding, an oppressive empire in charge. Leia is kidnapped by unknown mercenaries to pull Kenobi out. Episode ends with us learning it's Qi'Ra from Solo behind the kidnapping
2. Same start, but instead of Reva behind the kidnapping, it's Qi'Ra from Solo. She's trying to get to Kenobi for Maul (who refuses to believe Kenobi is dead unless he sees it with his own eyes). Meanwhile, empire, inquisitors, and Vader are searching for Kenobi AND Maul. Both are enemies of the state. To rescue Leia, Kenobi is forced to do something he hasn't done in a long time - use the force in a big way, full-on kickass Jedi Knight style. He successfully rescues Leia and sends her home, but his use of the force trigger's Vader's awareness of his old master and sparks an imperial hunt for Kenobi led by Vader personally. Kenobi, meanwhile, begins pursuit of Qi'Ra because he needs to find out if the twins are in danger.
3. Qi'Ra lures Kenobi to maul. It's a trap. But Vader crashes the party. We get an awesome Kenobi and Maul vs Vader fight that ends in Maul fleeing and abandoning Qi'Ra with Kenobi, who flee together with Vader and the empire hot on their heels
4. Episode feels like the terminator. High intensity. Kenobi and Qi'Ra learning to work together with unstoppable Vader on their heels. Starts to feel like a master-Padawan relationship. Street pursuits, space pursuits - something that channels the asteroid chase. The entire EMPIRE is after them. They barely escape. We learn that ONLY QI'RA has any awareness of the twins (she didn't tell Maul, because "information is power" in the underworld). Maybe she found something on the black market or scrapping etc, somehow she got some clues. Kenobi convinces her to let the twins be, maybe even revealing they are Vader's children and the only hope of ending this imperial hell.
5. Kenobi realizes Vader and Maul's pursuit will be relentless so long as they think he lives. He convinces Qi'Ra to help him fake his death. They arrange another 3-way battle where Kenobi seemingly dies. Vader and Maul, from different vantage points (because they are enemies, not partners) are satisfied and give up pursuit of Kenobi. Kenobi returns to Tatooine, the twins are safe again, and Qi'Ra begins to question if serving Maul is the best idea. Though her time with Kenobi was short and she knows she won't see him again, she ends the show feeling like Kenobi's padawan, and Kenobi has renewed faith in his ability to train Jedi.
*If you have to make Leia older to make the timelines work (probably), then make Leia older.
