So how did Reva magically know where the tunnel would lead?
It's an escape route. You escape a planet at the space port

I just feel like episode 3 is objectively bad, and it's blowing my mind that people actually disagree. But, I guess there are plenty of people who like terrible movies and shows, seeing how much of that crap exists...
So Mando is going to show up next episode and give us two more episodes of Mandalorian season 2.5, right?TCTTS said:
This show is bad, but how are you guys forgetting what we JUST watched a few short months ago? The Book of Boba Fett is undoubtedly worse than this. Granted, this is certainly more of a disappointment, due to sky-high expectations, but as bad as it's been so far, it's no BOBF.
Sorry for quoting you twice, but I completely agree with this. In fact, if Obi-Wan doesn't shape up, I might not even wait for Andor. I'm close to being in that mindset of not watching a show until it's over and I hear it's good.TCTTS said:
All this is to say, Andor might be my last hope with this stuff. It's the only thing that actually looks like it's made for adults (or at least not for 8-year-olds), feels like they're shooting in actual, real-world locations, and the Tony Gilroy of it all is already a proven winner. But man, if that fails, I'm really going to be on the fence. Because, as of late, between BOBF, Moon Knight, this, and that terrible She-Hulk trailer, I'm really starting to question whether Disney+ is even for me anymore.

As disappointed as I've been with this show, I still can't get over the Le Petomane Toll Booth checkpoint... A universe with lightspeed space travel. Can't go around a laser gate...
In before any number of posters come along to inform you that filmmaking is an objective task with obvious checkmarks that must be met, or else the work is entirely the worst thing ever made. All while ignoring true garbage film.Saxsoon said:DallasTeleAg said:

It blows my mind that folks find this OBJECTIVELY bad in what is a SUBJECTIVE medium.
We need an Entertainment Board database of terms that nobody ever uses right in reviewing shows/movies.Saxsoon said:DallasTeleAg said:

Really, even after the suit comes on, the flair for the dramatic never stops. Setting dinner in ESB, riding the top of his TIE in Rebels, shutting off his suit to make his big entrance in Rogue One. He just looks a bit more imposing while doing it.
In this video, one of them brings up a great point I don't think had been raised in this thread yet:BarKeep_03 said:

Kenobi's main focus has been protecting Luke all these years. Logic would dictate that he keeps himself in condition to actually protect Luke. What if Vader finds Luke? Or someone else?
Instead we get this sad sack of crap who for some reason has no idea how to use a lightsaber or the Force anymore. One can still be guilt ridden and saddened but still at least trying to keep their skills in shape so they can fulfill their promise of protecting Luke.

But based on his conversation with Luke in ROTJ, he doesn't know about Leia, right?

122 INT EMPEROR'S TOWER - THRONE ROOM
Vader stalks the low-ceilinged area on the level below the throne,
searching for Luke in the semi-darkness, his lightsaber held ready.
VADER
You cannot hide forever, Luke.
LUKE
I will not fight you.
VADER
Give yourself to the dark side. It is the only way you can save your
friends. Yes, your
thoughts betray you. Your feelings for them are strong. Especially
for...
Vader stops and senses something. Luke shuts his eyes tightly, in
anguish.
VADER
Sister! So...you have a twin sister. Your feelings have now betrayed
her, too. Obi-Wan
was wise to hide her from me. Now his failure is complete. If you will
not turn to the dark
side, then perhaps she will.
LUKE
Never-r-r!

I agree, but I also think in a do-or-die, he could handle an inquisitor based on what I saw of them in Rebels. They are neither Jedi nor Sith, but lesser than either. But that would be a last at of desperation on Obi-Wan's part.chase128 said:
Surely he has to be aware of Inquisitors hunting Jedi and he should be prepared to handle them if they discover Luke. They do target Force sensitive children.
In the show we see Kenobi struggle to "reactivate" the Force. He could barely stop Leia from falling to her death.
