Had this incredible thought while taking a crap earlier this morning….
We are DEFINITELY going to see young Leia and Vader meet in this series. It makes sense. Recall their encounter in A New Hope….you could definitely make it canon that they've met before cause Leia's interaction is pretty much…."oh Vader. Course it's you only you would be this crazy" (yes I'm paraphrasing I know this isn't exactly what she said).
So we're gonna have Reva due to how episode 3 ended going, "hey Vader! Here's the bait! This little girl gonna bring the big guy here and you can torture him more or whatever."
And as far as sensing she's his daughter…..why would he? Never sensed it in a new hope so it's cool.
They gonna have some dialogue and boy I hope they don't screw it up. Honestly the way this is shaping I really think the next episode is going to be heavy on the dialogue and setting up the last 2 episodes which could be awesome

Sounds fun, but I don't think she knows that Anakin is Vader until Rebels. So, Kenobi would have to flat out lie to her. I guess that wouldn't be too surprising though given his history.

SIAP but I am assuming that Vader doesn't know that he has offspring because he thought Padme died prior to child birth. But when does Vader find out he has kids?

The comics from a few years ago show Fett figuring out the name of the pilot who blew up DS I, so that could technically be Vader's first indication.

That's a cool/informative scene, but the fact that Owen & Beru KEPT the Skywalker name for Luke makes no damn sense.
OBI-WAN: Hides from Jedi hunters by… dressing like a Jedi.
LUKE: Is hidden from the Empire/Anakin Skywalker by… keeping the last name "Skywalker."
Especially in the wake of this series, with Obi-Wan now knowing Anakin is still alive, why the first thing he doesn't do when he gets back to Tatooine is tell Owen to change Luke's last name/quit calling him "Skywalker," is beyond me.

Right, but Anakin no doubt went on to be a legend on Tatooine. Dude won a massive pod race as a child, and was then recruited by Jedi the very next day. There's no way that's not talked about everyday in certain Tatooine circles, for years, no different than people talking about former high school football legends in their hometowns. Not to mention, he THEN goes on to basically be the most famous fighter in the galaxy/Clone Wars. In other words, the name "Skywalker" HAD to have carried a ton of weight on Tatooine. Then all the sudden, a few years later, there's ANOTHER "Skywalker" in the same town, and part of the same family. That Owen & Beru, and Obi-Wan to an extent, risked using that name, given all it stood for, getting out and making its way to the Empire, is insane.
Then again, Obi-Wan didn't change his last name either. He was just like, "F/ck it, 'Ben Kenobi' is good enough."

In the *same* household, though? I'm just saying, Shmi was probably relatively well known too, and to risk ANY talk at all of there suddenly being a new Skywalker on the farm is pretty reckless, after one was tragically murdered by Tusken raiders, and the other went on to be a famous Jedi war hero.
