10pm NHC update also shifted everything east and they imply more adjustment will likely be needed due to this not being organized. The additional shift would likely put it more north.

Yep. Shifted east at 10:00 and now back west only an hour and half later. To me, this means they don't really know and it'll probably shift again.

The big updates are at the 10s and 4s (AM and PM), so every 6 hours. Intermediate ones tend to fall every 3 hours unless something warrants special updates.
