That wind is so different between in the middle of the street and behind the buildings. He's definitely embellishing but I still think it's awesome to watch

Basically, there's nothing certain or even likely, but there is something to keep an eye on. If I had to guess I'm assuming he may be talking about that area of likely development off Africa right now. Looks like one of those areas that ends up heading our way.
