Obi-Wan helping Bail Organa out during the events of Kenobi does strengthen why Bail decides to contact Obi-Wan instead of Yoda at the start of ANH though.
Although based just on the movies, the line should not be "He served me well in the Clone Wars" but "Yeah, I talked to that guy a couple of times."
