They're already, still, at $3.499 right now in my neck of the woods.

Shoot up, trickle down...

$3.29 to $3.79 here in B/CS. A few places like SAMS and HEB are still less, but all the other locations shot up and will stay there for at least a week or two.

Mean gas price increase overnight in Texas was 6 cents.

We are also peak driving season right now.

That's not just a gasoline, O/G thing.
Watch egg prices and you'll see the same thing. That's what you get with free market…

Lucky you.

Prices just went up another dime to $3.69.

Not $4, but closer to that than $3.

Oil prices have gone up by roughly $4 a barrel and prices shot up $0.50 over night. A $4 change in price should have made a less than $0.10 per gallon increase. We have also been told that it takes a month for gas prices to fall due oil prices falling, but that is apperantly only true on the way down.

And the rest of us just call 'em like we see them.

Water is wet.

Gas prices are, again, higher right after military combat operations began again with Iran a few days ago.

Math is hard, but Captain obvious stuff shouldn't be.

BOOM!

Supplier price increase issued for August. That's the 4th increase of 5-8% since March. On top of that, fuel surcharges.....free estimates are now a thing of the past, as well.

Man, I hope these 'low gas prices' start trickling down faster. Customers are taking it on the chin hard.

Every thread you have started since the war started to hype Trump recently has not ended well. Hope you get one that sticks soon.

Seems to be sticking pretty well. It's so sticky I could make honey out of it .

Sucks for you that your gas prices are falling down

Why do y'all defend Trump like he's infallible? If we constantly do that we are just like those that we criticize on the left. He made a mistake attacking Iran, thinking they would surrender, and it turns out they have no incentive to surrender no matter how many bombs we drop on them. I'm no leftist, but it's frustrating to see conservatives denying the obvious conclusion. How many ceasefires and peace talks and "the strait is completely open" will we need before this thing is actually over?
The funny thing is, I'll probably get called a leftist for this take.

It's really impossible to know if it was the wrong decision or not at this point. Iran is evil and knocking out their nuclear program is a good thing, even if everything hasn't gone according to plan.

He didn't make a mistake attacking Iran.

He made a mistake by stopping the attacks.

He made a mistake by not ensuring that negotiations wouldn't be needed by completely deciimating their entire country beyond all hope of recovery.

Trump supporter and three-time voter here.

I don't know who you follow or support, but it is crystal clear he was put in power by someone (not getting into all that) to take out or cow Iran.

I am very anti Muslim but I believe the government of the United States of America could have BF'ed Iran til the end of time behind the scenes instead of the public s-show Trump's handlers are making us all suffer through.

Don't get me wrong, the Iranians in control of the country would absolutely murder, rape and pillage America if allowed to do so. This is all politcal theater that benefits no one. Don could get it done, but he is beholden to someone that demanded a very public spectacle.

Americans are paying the price. Actually. Not literally or figuratively.

America as a country is much better off with Trump than Harris, but tax paying Americans are making someone great for sure. It's just not America.

We appreciate you "not getting into all that" as the tired silly narrative have been shot down so many times.

Perhaps move onto a new cool theory you learned in X.

Trump was "put into power" because despite his faults from his first administration, the people saw the alternative was a complete disaster. Thus, he was elected, overwhelmingly by the people's vote

Another great thread by the OP started June 23 announcing gas is now under $3! It's July 12th and people are still looking for the less than $3 gas. The narrative should just go back to the it's a worthy sacrifice. Nobody was really buying that but they definitely are not buying cheap gas before the war was started is back.

These people freak out when Trump spills purple Koolaide on his hand, they would have noticed him systematically annialating Iran leadership.
