Ah yeah. Not sure how I missed that.
Yes I have a sister, in fact I have two. To answer your question, No. I've never had intimate relations with them... Never got the chance.

I thought that final fight was stupid. Focused solely on a spectacle without any real meaning behind it.
Is this based on a book? Is this what happened in the book?
I'm to believe this guy has been fighting off both of these forces for years, and then was goaded into sending his entire army out to kill one guy? Not only that, but this army trickles out first, one by one, then finally all comes out and just slowly walks towards Daemon?
If that was written by George RR Martin, then it was poorly written. Based on the battles we saw in GoT that were actually adapted from his writings, I'm thinking it wasn't.

The episode was great. Everyone trying to dissect the minutia is going to be unhappy, don't let them make you unhappy. Daemon said **** it, if big brother is sending the Calvary I'm gonna end this before they arrive to save me. Was the writing perfect? No. But it wasn't seasons 6-8 bad either. I liked it, and not gonna let a bunch of dorks change my perspective!

It was a little bit of movie spectacle after a solid 50 minutes of excellently written politicking, character moments, and dialogue. I can live with that

How about Rhaenyra holding off a giant boar with her hands?
Whatever, I'm good with it
I can grasp sub text, and understand what they were doing.canadiaggie said:
The director interview at the end makes it seem as though Daemon was so shamed at having to accept Viserys' help that he would rather die in a blaze of glory than win the war with Viserys' troops.
I agree they went for spectacle over realism, but… w/e it was badass lol
This is the exact impression I got watching the the show, and that the Volarions (spelling?) just used it to their advantagecanadiaggie said:DallasTeleAg said:

I actually like the violence at the tournament because it feels like everyone's itching for a fight. LIke Viserys doesn't grasp that all the other houses aren't happy where they are and are constantly jockeying for position. When there aren't any skirmishes or battles to go to, they have to beat the **** out each ohter in a tournament to work out their frustrations.DallasTeleAg said:I can grasp sub text, and understand what they were doing.canadiaggie said:

My problem is the response from the enemy group. I mean... it would look badass if he leapt 100ft into the air and landed in a ball of fire and lightning, that sent shockwaves across the ground and burned everyone alive... but it would not make any sense.
First, it was the ridiculous violence of the tournament, and now it's this. The showrunners are just trying to give us visuals for the sake of visuals. That's my problem with it. I'm not going to sit on my couch and cheer simply because there is action on the screen. Ground that action in the world and story. Make it seem believable.

Did George RR Martin have sisters? I hope they were locking the door when they took a shower

Yeah, when I saw Daemon dragging the Crab King's ripped apart torso with his entrails hanging out, I yelled, "Kids! Get down here and see this!"c-jags said:Quad Dog said:

Both the last two episodes said "brief nudity" and I think it was in the art. This one was a little more graphic.
Last episode was the most PG episode I've ever seen. Just one F.
