hes running out of options for tail inside the prison. And ghost Lori is cleaner and doesn't talk, so she is much more appealing than real Lori.

Rewatching the episode now.

I love this show. I love the characters. I think the writing is fine, and it's entertaining as all get out.

My favorite show by far.

Why some of you can't just be entertained, I don't know.

I still want Tyrese back, and I think he'd do Rick a lot of good right now...if they were to have a similar relationship as they did in that which cannot be named.

And Daryl sends my hormones into overdrive, just sayin'.

some of you need to stop watching because you're nitpicking on every little detail. just treat it as a Sunday night before i have to take my ass back to work tomorrow mindless fun and you'll enjoy the hell outta the show.

that said, last weeks episode obviously coulda been better and last nights episode took about 40mins to get good. hopefully we're rolling now.

Easy.. I was just making an observation. I just thought it was kinda careless and blatantly obvious.

I'm usually not hyper critical of television shows, but i'm just starting to get bored with this one.. I watched the first 2 seasons all at once on Netflix, which i'm starting to think is the only way to watch this show. Waiting all week for a new episode where nothing happens until the last 5 minutes? It's just losing my interest..

And I know, I know, "If you don't like it you don't have to watch it, blah blah blah..."

So was the Mexican family in the show just to show Darryl who Merle really was? To show his true colors? Or are they going to play a role later in the show?

The governor let 20 zombies loose in their prison. That should take about 20 min to take care of at their normal killing pace. I guess the main issue is the gate has to be fixed. On a bright note, they now have a zombie transport/human transport which may come in handy (for supplies).

I think they let Merle stay for a bit. He has no friends anymore with his brother switching sides (after seeing his true colors). Merle did go in and help fight some zombies, but I do not see him lasting due to his arrogance/attitude with the group.

I think more importantly it forces the group to waste ammunition - making it more difficult for them to protect themselves.

Someone needs to get a deer rifle with a 10x scope and start sniping.

Ha! That is weird. Why would that even matter? Was he supposed to go to the left and it was so important that he head that direction they had to flip it? Whatever reason, Dumb.

I love how the Guv uses Walkers as a weapon, very cleaver.
Rick has gone full blown crazy, and I like it. I was hoping for brother Dixon ear necklaces and eating squirrels, oh well.

I think Rick may have snapped out of it after the attack.

EDIT: Wait a minute... If the shot was reversed, how is it that Merle's right hand still has that contraption on it. What's really going on....

To clarify, this is the only shot where the tattoos appear on the right. You can see the tattoos on his left shoulder in a couple of other scenes.

That scene is correct. The scene where he's walking away is the one that's flipped.

Some of you just like to bi*ch about everything. Just enjoy the show for what it is... Which is badass.

It was there to show Merle who Darryl had become. To show the contrast of the 2 characters.

I was glad to see the action, and the unexpectedness of that first shot was awesome. But I fail to see the point of the attack in general. With just 1 or 2 more guys, they could've taken the whole prison. Why waste the element of surprise like that? I guess it was just an act of terrorism as opposed to an act of war. Just trying to scare them instead of defeat them.

I don't understand the point of dropping off all those zombies in the prison. Destroying the gate was beneficial, but driving the truck right back out seems to be a better strategy than leaving it.

The gunfight was kind of funny. I get that shooting at trained killers as they shoot at you is very different than shooting at moronic zombies who don't shoot back or know how to hide. But come on, NOBODY got hit after the initial bullet? NOBODY? I bet hundreds of bullets flew after that first shot, and they were all wasted.

I hope Rick snaps out of it quickly. Rick being crazy makes the show worse in my opinion. Maggie & Glenn acting BSC is making the show worse, too.

I hope Merle sticks around. I think the added conflict within the group will improve the show. He'll basically be a replacement for Shane.

I really want Carl to begin a transformation into an emotionless, psychotic, cold-blooded, compassionless zombie slayer. Like a serial killer who only kills zombies. He does it for fun, not just for safety or survival. While the others enjoy free time by chatting or joking around, he goes over by himself to the fence and stabs zombies in the head solely because he enjoys it.

The crew needs to add some people to the group if they want to survive. They'll never be able to secure/protect the prison and farm/scavenge successfully without more manpower.

Rick's trance is dulling down the show for sure a bit.

Maybe instead of killing the whole group the governor just wants to handicap them knowing they will retaliate on woodbury and look bad to Andrea. He wants their attack on him look unprovoked and she will take his side.

I was hoping that Rick would die by the end of the episode. If he doesn't snap out of it soon he's gonna be up there with Andrea in the "I wish they would die" group.

I agree with Maz. He will tell his people that Rick and his group keep attacking Woodbury and the gov will act like a pansy around his people ultimately pinning Andrea against her old group
