Love the Michonne scowl article, she is so BAD. Not sure if her scowls are as bad as Andrea's little squinty cockeyed smile-face though.

So in the "previews" for the 2nd half of the season, it looks like Rick and the "strike team" might have come right back to where Darryl and Merle were about to duke it out and smoked that place out. I'm thinking Darryl beats Merle's ass and halfway through Rick rescues Darryl with some unexpected help from Andrea. If Merle survives though, he's going to be in a bad spot. The group won't ever trust him, and he's definitely going to be at odds with the governor after he sold him out...

there is no way show producers (or AMC for that matter) allow Daryl to get knocked off.

there are far too many people watching who have him as their favorite and i'd go so far as to say he's the reason some people tune in every week.

i really think him and Rick are untouchable.

then again, i also thought Barney's half sister was the mom....so wtf do i know.

So I spent new year's eve watching the season 3 Marathon and now I'm hooked. The rest of my family loves this show. I think we have season 2 on DVR. Should I watch it, or just carry on?

Watch episode one, mid-season finale, second half season episodes of S2, then you should be good.

EDIT: Probably don't need to watch these episodes to be "caught up", just a recommendation to watch them bc they were entertaining.
