If you look on the camera you may be able to see that they are putting the gates on the front of the entrance.

I'm out here and all the 2nd level chairs are in. Section 201 is done. Bench and backs and they are green. New 202 has benches but no backs and new 203 has 75% benches. And 204 has brackets.

There are 4 Pepsi trucks out here. I also notice some ice machines and refrigerators sitting on the concourse outside the coaches' offices.

Also they have a sun screen on top of the play ground. They are also putting in the chairs in the outside part of the suites.

For mason, Capt Dan or anyone else who might know:

A friend of mine just spoke to the ticket office and they said that they are anticipating not opening GA to the public because some of the bleachers will not be accessible, and that they will only open it up if there is room after the students fill it. Is there any truth to that statement from the ticket office that not all of the bleachers from 201-204 will be in by gametime?

What you saw on the windows was an aluminum track that the bronze cap snaps to.

Blue Bell freezers for the hand dipped ice-cream also arrived.

Just noticed that the railings for the dugout and all that have padding on them now. Can't really see what they are doing along the concourse but there are tons of busy bodies.

Yes, those are accessible seating areas near the suites. There must be a certain number of HC seating per each level of available seating. There is some designated on the top of the berm also.

Rule allows, however, if we approach game time and the HC seating has not been sold,it can be sold as normal seating by adding chairs. Will not go to waste.

I remember Lupton set up chairs in handicapped seating for overflow media at the 09 Regional. Their box is just way too small to host the kind of media that converges for Regionals. I'm curious what overflow will be like at the new Olsen with the old metal tables gone, but that's not something I'll be worrying about for awhile, if ever.
