While I'm no expert I've noticed the column on the right end of this section has been unfinised for longer than the section on the left. This leads me to believe that something behind the scenes is ongoing. There is a limit to how much can be stacked on a single day due to letting the mortar below harden enough that you don't crush it. Like concrete it needs time to get to full strength. Might also have to wait longer above the arches to allow more strength.

Aggie Tickets sent me a photo from my seats, and it appears that the net stops about even with the tunnels down to the club--not quite to the edge of the dugout. I'm a little dissappointed that my view of the plate (but not the majority of the field) will now be through the net, but at least its a new net with no support poles.
Why railings on top of dugout? Just attach net to top of dugout.

Are the new suites on the second level?

Twk, I'm thinking the view thru the net will be a lot better than the view thru the railings.
