The concourse will wrap around that side then there will be GA lawn seating in front.
The coaches offices will look over the concourse onto the field.

What was the reasoning to bring the concourse in on the 1st vase side and cut down on restroom and concessions space? There aren't any clearance problems or space constraints in the parking lot are there?
Avoiding underground utilities and existing light poles. Also, the program of spaces UNDER the concourse is less on that side.

Are they having to add to the electrical, water, and sewer capacity of the stadium or was there enough already? I imagine the new stadium will demand more amps, but I'm guessing not so much on water and sewer?

This looks great, thanks for the updates.
It may be my perspective but looks like home plate is closer to the outfield wall, will they be moving the wall back? Also, the brick wall behind last row of the first deck is gone. Hope they put another wall there, that wall breaking the 50 knot winds was why I picked that row for season tickets. No advantage now if it turns out to be just a rail or something.

No wall behind the last row on first deck? Are you guys crazy? I'd like for you to come sit next to me when all the dirty filthy hippies from Austin come over to freeload, buying a GA ticket so they can stand behind the seats on first deck. The stench is worst than the restrooms in June used to be. If we don't have a wall or something to separate us from the lowlifes, it could get ugly.
Also, from looking at the pictures, I'm curious as to access to the second deck. I see where all the existing stairs have been removed. What's the plan in this regard?

Thanks everyone. I actually wanted to take more pictures but my phone froze up while walking through the club part so I hard to restart my phone so that is why the pictures jump from leo's area up to the concourse. I'm glad capt dan let me go up to the suite level. It is quite a view. To scott clendinen - you can't see all the way to the back wall but it is much better than from the old backstop.
Yall probably can't tell but the playground area in right field is up really high. The field level suites are big.

The coaches office corridor is not open to the weight room, but has continuous glass down the hall so they can look in.

The concourse is now twice as wide with standing areas on top of the berms.
Consessions and restrooms have much more capacity.
The exterior facade should help break up some of the wind from behind.

In this picture, is that strictly going to be a roof top, or will people be able to walk out there and watch the game? Judging by the construction of it, I would guess rooftop only. Of course, I am no engineer.
