Well I didn't see any TP so any old Hotard boys should be feeling right at home!
Is it me or is the home bullpen gigantic? Spots for three guys to warm up plus more room on the side? Couldn't there have been a better use of space other than that?

Though the same thing at first but then I remembered that it is used as a practice field too.
Currently laying the 1st base side berm.
That space adjoins the batting cages.

Has nobody looked at the bullpen before? It was not exactly small before hand. Besides the area behind the rubbers, where the construction workers are moving stuff, will be where they store the portable screens.

I just pulled up to the parking lot when the rain started. I was able to take a couple of pictures. I was surprised there were people out in aggie alley watching practice. Grass is in on the field side on the 1st base berm now. There is now some glass on the 3rd base side of the suites and the coaches offices have windows and doors. And the railing is up around the circle on top of the 1st base berm.

Capt Dan how does lightening effect construction?? Especially with cranes.

Saw Olsen in person before the BU game Wednesday. While these pics are great, they don't do Olsen justice. The shear size and massive improvement in look alone is shocking.
Really didn't need 4" tonight.
t&p Capt Dan... I haven't been on campus since graduation in December but the pictures look fantastic, keep up the good work!... and I'll be there on February 16th to enjoy it in person.
Men's bathrooms getting all fancy with the urinals. Guess they didn't want to keep the trough style.

Also I drove by and saw no way to get into te stadium, are we gonna wade through mud to do so?
If you look closely in this picture you can seeing the framing and rebar near the edge of the parking lot. You can also notice the pipes coming out of the ground for drainage. Once they finish with the brick on the outside they can knock out the sidewalks quickly.
Doesn't concrete have to set/cure for a week?

Concrete for sidewalks etc can handle light foot traffic the afternoon after it is poured. Sidewalks would be opened to the public within a day or so as soon as they remove the forms.
When my parents built their house workers started taking shortcuts across the first parts that were poured by the end of the day. Everyone was walking all over it the next day when they removed the forms the next day. I don't remember how long we kept flagging up to keep vehicles off of it. Not more than a week though. As it cures it gains the majority of it's strength in the first couple of days.

The open concourse was not an issue. Drains are in the slab.
