It's now 13 victories in their last 15 games as the Fightin' Texas Aggies bullied Mississippi State on Wednesday night at Reed Arena. Proof of concept for Bucky McMillan's system was once again on display as the Maroon & White are currently tied for first place in the SEC.

Whoa, we’re halfway there!

5-1 in SEC play? Yeah, that works. The Aggies are just five wins away from putting themselves in a really good spot to make the NCAA Tournament. With a dominant 20-point win over a dangerous Mississippi State team, Texas A&M avoided a trap game and flexed its muscles in the process.

With that said, here are my thoughts on Wednesday’s win:

1. Taking care of business. There was no playing with their food. There was no dramatic comeback.
