I watched games 3-5 on a cruise and they had the international tv feed. Buck Martinez and Thom Brennaman on espn were a million times better. Was never really a Joe Buck hater until getting such a good comparison. F that guy.Gator03 said:
I don't see why everyone hates Joe Buck.
He's easy to listen to if you just assume he's a Nationals fan watching baseball for the first time.

I have been pretty underwhelmed by the crowds involvement throughout the game. It was louder in the Yankees and Tampa series than it has been in Game 2 and Game 6. anyone else feel that way? How does it sound on TV? That place better be rocking tonight.
yeah i thought it was pretty subdued last night, even before they started breaking it offFerris Wheel Allstar said:

Our fans are only loud when something exciting, and more importantly favorable is happening. The juice box was rocking in the 1st inning and 5hen it was crickets for 8 innings.Ferris Wheel Allstar said:

I disagree, that place was crickets in the 1st when JV had two strikes. That place should have been deafening any time we get 2 strikes, especially early on.Cromagnum said:Our fans are only loud when something exciting, and more importantly favorable is happening. Yep. Lady right behind me at Game 1 asked someone in her group, "When is it going to be over?" It was the 2nd inning.Texaggie7nine said:Less real fans, more "important wealthy people"Ferris Wheel Allstar said:

Rockets are on the roadTexaggie7nine said:
We parked at Hilton of Americas for $27 for WS game 1 and hardly anyone was there. There is a rockets game tonight so it may be a little packed there, but still the rockets crowd should be gone before you are.
