I think the game today gets pushed to tomorrow which means games would be played Thursday through Sunday. Greinke is locked for tomorrow and Cole for Sunday which means you could monkey with Verlander and the Bullpen Committee on Friday and Saturday. I don't see Hinch pitching anyone on 3 days rest considering we're up 2-1 and Greinke, Verlander, and Cole only have one start each in the remaining games.

I think it all depends on if Verlander wants 4 days rest in Yankee stadium or 5 days rest at home.

I think he goes on Friday as he wants the ball plus it would set him up to start Game 2 of the WS next Wednesday at MMP if we get through.

Verlander would be on regular rest pitching game 5 in NY.

The more I think about it you go Verlander on 4 days rest in Game 5 even if you lose Game 4.

I get saving up for 6 and 7 in Houston with your aces but I don't think it'll matter to Verlander. He pitched that Sunday game in our series at New York coming off a 3 game slide to the Yankees and did just fine.

If he's on 4 days rest you send him no matter the location or series situation.
