List a guy that won't play in the game as #9 in batting order. Then if the spot comes up in 1st inning you can pinch hit.

Realistically, I don't see how you could. But if you ever catch them at a ballpark you could get them for trespassing.

The twitter comments are saying it's fake, that the MLB does not (and cannot) ban people from all stadiums, which I guess are privately held (and some publicly held).

She could be banned from the specific stadium.
