So Kayla was picked up for a failure to appear in court from her 2025 arrest, and she likely ratted out Luke. The day after she was arrested on Feb.12, the FBI conducted their raid on the 13th, Luke was cleared and released, and Kayla was booked into the jail on 2/14 being held without bond.

Okay I've stewed on this crap long enough, and something really stinks. Anti-ICE, pro-open borders, pro-illegal immigration DEI Democrat Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos is talking out of both sides of his mouth in his ongoing disastrous handling of the Nancy Guthrie abduction case, is frigging unbelievable.
First after today he's unethically taking on the role of spokesperson for the Guthrie Family, Nanos declared earlier today when he told NBC that he issued a public message, and we've all seen it, about his 'concern' Guthrie family out of concern they were being unfairly targeted amid the investigation into Nancy Guthrie's disappearance. The this nimrod Nanos announced that "the Guthrie family including siblings and spouses have been cleared as possible suspects, describing them as "nothing but cooperative and gracious" and emphasizing that they are victims in the case.
This is the equivalent of James Comey calling a press conference claiming Clinton and her staff for being "extremely careless" in their handling of classified information, however "no reasonable prosecutor" would bring a case based on the evidence, as they found no clear evidence that Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information.
Just like in Comey's case, it's not the place or duty for Nanos or anyone in his office job to say who's clear and who's not. Law enforcement's job is to investigate and gather evidence and present it to prosecutors to determine who's what, PERIOD.
In a text message later explaining his decision to speak out, Nanos wrote, "Because sometimes we forget we're human and we hurt and kindness matters. It is every cop's duty to stand up and be that voice for our victims. I'm not going to sit in silence when others are attacking the innocent. Isn't that what the badge represents?ANy suggestions to the contrary are "not only wrong, it is cruel."

Nanos said dealing with that may be why he's sensitive to a lot of the early allegations and accusations online focusing on Tommaso Cioni, 50, who is married to Nancy Guthrie's daughter, Annie.
'People out there can get pretty ugly and mean and nasty and not have the facts,' he said. 'I tell my journalists, you guys need to be a little more responsible... because that's just really nasty stuff.'
Nanos maintains that 'nobody,' has been cleared in the case, including workers at Guthrie's home, the people who were recently the subject of two separate SWAT raids and presumably family members.
I stay in touch with them, mostly Savannah. I've not been in touch with Tommaso or Annie too much,' he added.
'I have talked to them a little bit, but I know the investigators are in touch with them.
But l've really told people, this is a lot of stress. If he [Tommaso Cioni] is guilty, if he's the one who did it, and we're able to prove that, then at that time jump on it but don't come out of nowhere with this.
I understand the pundits are out there. They're gonna say, well, he's the last one to see her alive. We understand that stuff. But, my goodness, you're putting a mark on somebody who could be completely innocent. And more important than that, he's family.'
It's also why, Nanos said, he will not specify who was with Nancy when she was driven home from Cioni and Annie Guthrie's home after going to their house - which is about 10 minutes away - for dinner and a game night.
Why would Nanos conduct an interview with the Daily Mail? It's a British tabloid newspaper equivalent to the National Enquirer? That a move a PR consultant doing damage control would do. And we know already and I've post video proof of it, that Mark Kelly's communications team has been handling Nanos to try and maintain a narrative and keep Trump's FBI/DOJ from getting any limelight in this ordeal.
Even more cringeworthy and twisted, Nanos referred to journalists covering the Nancy Guthrie case as "my journalists". WTF is that about? Something really stinks here and what's going on doesn't add up. Some serious CYA is going on, and asking the press to back off from a grown assed woman who spent her career in the press, and is still releasing these bizarre videos is ludicrous. Savannah is begging to be in the press. And it's so very suspect that these bogus emails keep going to a paparazzi center like TMZ, and have morphed from ransom notes to now crime-stopper pleas. Rupert Murdoch owns and operates TMZ and it's completely entertainment fluff.

A clarification to a question I asked several pages back on this signal sniffer technology, I found it interesting that it can be tune to a specific bluetooth address, thus filtering out all the clutter of the millions of other bluetooth signals out there. Hell my washing machine, refrigerator and TV all are bluetooth equipped. I can just imagine the amount of ground clutter if they couldn't filter it.

It's an unknown male and is also revealed that the DNA found in the glove 2 miles away on the side of the road does not match the DNA that was found inside the house so all of this delay and drama over glove that didn't even have anything to do with the crime par for the course.

IGG is slow and what makes it worse is the sample size of the cooperative databases. 23&me and AncestryDNA, the two largest databases in the world don't allow LE to use their database for any criminal investigations. So instead of having 100s of millions of people to search they are limited to 3 million people

The whole glove thing reminds me of a story told by one of the founders of the FBI profiler group in his book, John Douglas I think. During the hunt for the Atlanta child murderer serial killer cops found a discarded copy of a skin mag like Hustler in the bushes near where one of the bodies was found. Detectives sent it off for lab testing for fingerprints and were sure it would lead to their man. Prints came back to a long haul truck driver and he was brought in for interrogation and he had to tell a room full of detectives that he had nothing to do with any murder and just liked to break up his drive by going off in the bushes and spankin it.

I could go into our warehouse and pick 12-13 boxes of the exact same type of gloves. Big shock there it came back not related.

So is the Range Rover dude a legit suspect or not? I know the cops towed off another vehicle that was at his house but he was only briefly detained. DNA at the house or that glove obviously can't be tied to him. Is it all just internet hyperbole? If they had anything else on him I'm sure he would still be in custody.

He probably drove by the house just to see the commotion and they geo-fenced him since he wasn't a resident of the area or one of 212 autos related to the press standing around.

The street sleuth that saw the tow truck tow the vehicle made a major leap in assuming it was the police. The vehicle towed was a wrecked vehicle that was sitting in the driveway with a blue tarp on it. I think it was an Aston Martin.

How is that even close to believeable?
Look at the first photo, look at the ambient light, look at the shadow his figure is casting on the ground, look at the reflectors how bright they are. Look at the town in the distance, much more ambient light present.
Look at the send image, it's pitch black almost no light at all.

It's a cheap doorbell camera in night mode taking video, not the latest Nikon with pro behind the lens. Exposure it going to be widely variably.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. It's probably due to difference in his proximity to the camera and the exposure.

Well if you watch the video released, all the proximity differences is covered. He walks in from the street and he's casting a visible shadow all the way. even when he goes back out to retrieve the foliage and back still casting a shadow when he's off the porch.
Why dod they have video of one and not the other, just lots of questions. I still think it's different days. it's definitely different clothes, no pistol and no back pack. It just raises questions with me.
