The still shot favors him somewhat I think. Also, there's a reason why this week was a Locke flashback - designed to draw attention to Locke's relationship with his father and somehow tie it in to what was going on in the hatch.
Something that leads me to think it might be Locke's dad was the focus of Locke asking "why?" in the flashback. That theme seemed to spill over into the current action to feed his interest in the bunker.
agracer, the barcode link has been there for quite a while. There's a code you can enter to get a "leaked copy" of a page from the script. However, it was just one of many false clues put out by the show.
If that is true.... then the writers are awesome and not as inept (or making stuff up as they went along) as people thought.
Not to mention huge brass balls to hold that the entire first season of a series. You have to wonder what the big scope of things is and how small of a window we are actually viewing and trying to figure crap out with.
Does anyone think tonights episode will turn out a "feel good" one where the new castaways are linked up with the originals. When Jin says "Everthing will be different now" (or whatever he said in English) I think it may have been in the context of good news, not bad.
The first three have been pretty intense, it's time for a feel good episode.
Tonight's episode is suppose to focus on Hurley. http://spoilerfix.com/lost.php (If you don't like spoilers, don't click on it.) Maybe we'll get a few more clues as to the meaning/significance of the numbers.
(I'm not good with the cast's names, but...) What did the guy in the bunker (the runner from the stadium) say when he first found the survivors inside the bunker? It was something like "is the world still there" or something to the effect that he thought that the rest of the world was gone. I guess that's why "Quarantine" was written inside the door of the bunker.
Great takes on the show. Now I'm going to have to rent the DVD...sad part is that I had them all on TIVO but deleted them to make room for other stuff. What a waste !
