I read that Michelle Rodriguez is introduced this season. She was in the place crash in the restroom or something. Do yall think she is in the bunker right now with Kate?
The bunker had elements of the early 1980's, not 1970's, but the sink, washer and dryer were modern. I'm imagining errors on that, but the place was filled with numbers.
HOly crap this show is freaking amazing. I know the 108 on the wall had to be significant, but I NEVER even thought about adding the numbers. Wow.. I can't even being to figure out what's going on with this show. Too weird.
I firmly believe that there are NO errors on this show. Everything is there for a reason. They are much too smart to miss something like new washer/dryers, new blender, new Tide bottle, etc...

Without giving too much away Michelle Rodriguez is not in the bunker with Kate and is not new to this season.
Where is Sawyer?!?!? Is he ok?!?!?!? Is he dripping wet and sans shirt?!?!?!?
Maybe the bunker guy is a time traveler and that's how he knew the girl from Ed would be ok. And why he has older equipment and some modern things, his time machine was built in the 70's thus the old computer.

I thought about the time travel possibility.
I still believe the bunker is part of a government project. Possibly a human behavior experiment, and the bunker is a means of controlling stimulus and recording results.
Doesn't explain the numbers though. The numbers are evidence that something went terribly wrong from the intended purposes of the bunker. Maybe the computer has some AI, went AWOL, and is now in control of the island.

My question is about the diversity of its cast. Shows like the OC are hopelessly white - so how many / what percentage of Lost's cast are people of color?
If they aim to have broad appeal, the cast needs to look like America.

Redstone, the cast is racially diverse(and nationality diverse). There is an African-American father and son pair. Hugo is Hispanic. There is a South Korean married couple. Another African American woman who's husband was in the tail section during the accident. There's an Iraqi soldier. An Englishman. An Austalian. A former Fox star. A chick from a horror movie.

Quite a lot. But the flight originated in Sydney, so it's not just Americans on it. There's a Korean couple, an Iraqi who was in the Republican Guard, a black man and his son, a Latino dude...it's a pretty diverse cast.

Glad to find out the producers take diversity seriously. Network tv is still far too white, although WB and UPN have made progress in this area, if we can consider them "network."
Our signal cut out when Locke was tying up Kate. It looked like he did something to her belt. Anyone see it?

UPN has a better diversity track record than all of the big 4 save Fox, who pioneered the practice of white America seeing African-Americans on tv (ohh, the shock! the horror!)
