It's the same kid. Walt is back, he's just going to be a little taller.
i would say that Walt shooting Libby & Ana Lucia is on video and that Locke is going to find the tape.

If it was all on video, why would they need somebody to write down everything that happens?
We don't know if the cameras were recording or if it was just a live feed. Even, if they were recording, the taking notes could just be another seemingly meaningless task that has a yet to be determined significance...

i'm curious as to why miss clue wrote both first and last names on the piece of paper. seems like michael would have understood completely if she had just said, "bring jack, kate, hurley, and sawyer".
