You're right, Holly...that's what Ice and I were saying was that it didn't mean there was a massive explosion necessarily.

Another thought here...if Penelope can put together this kind of expedition, cant she also have satellite access? Might she see the boat Michael is in rather than just happen into it?

Anyone else wondered for awhile whether this was in the Devil's Triangle area or something like it?

It's funny, I actually remember watching the premier of season 2, and then the premier of the failure that was Invasion. It was about 2 days before Hurricane Rita made landfall. I planned to watch LOST then drive up from Houston to see my girlfriend(now wife) in College Station since I had the rest of the week off to prepare for the imminent doom of Rita. Man, how time flies.

Just browsed through the thread and have reached the conclusion that LOST was great because of places like TexAgs. It was so refreshing to have a completely original product and to spend time actually working through it and all the side pieces that ABC put out along with LOST (the websites, commercials, etc) and digesting all the little nuggets that made it so awesome.

Considering now where in shows like The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones where there is very little room to hypothesize because the source material is out there, I consider myself lucky to have watched it in real time. I had forgotten about the cliff hangers, the series breaks, the finales. In my mind, there is one big LOST product that I know was awesome. But looking back through this thread, seeing people post images from tivo, reading NoAC crushing dreams regularly, it was an awesome thing to experience.
