Don't know if this is at all relevant....but I'm going to be in New York City on Thursday and got tickets to the David Letterman Show.
One of the guests that night is Michael's character...
Does that mean he dies? Don't people go on talk shows the day after they get removed from their show?

Michael IS the character, but no, that doesn't mean he dies. I can't think of a regular cast member that hasn't done the talk show circuit.

yea, and i thought that at first, but so have sayid, charlie and eko. so you would think if that was why then they would include him too. unless they just didnt want the only trained soldier on the island to come to a gunfight. which would make sense.
Are you sure that wasn't Desmond in the camp? I thought it was him at the time, and I don't know that you can tell that it is NOT him in that 2nd pic, as his head is turned.
Was the "vaccine" that Charlie gave Claire the same as the drug Desmond was shooting in episode 1 of this season?

I'm betting that Desmond is in the sail boat. Didn't his boat crash on the island in a race around the world? I bet after Jack and co. relieved him, he ran back to where his boat was, got it sea worthy and sailed off. Problem is the island brought him back just like it did with Michael and co.
What if Omarosa was in the boat? Or Richard Hatch? How mad would that make you? I would probably send a brick through the tv.
