Tarantino describes it as "a story that takes place in Los Angeles in 1969, at the height of hippy Hollywood. The two lead characters are Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio), former star of a western TV series, and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt). Both are struggling to make it in a Hollywood they don't recognize anymore. But Rick has a very famous next-door neighbor...Sharon Tate."

I know I am in the minority, but Pacino would ruin it for me. He and Giamatti must have gone to the same camp for overacting...it's just so over the top that I can't make it more than a few minutes in most of the things they do.
The project overall though sounds crazy interesting.

I understand where you're coming from, but the dude's 77 years old. When's the last time he overacted in a film.
does avatar come out next year? that's the only one thought of that might be the exception to a generally underwhelming schedule.TCTTS said:
(Ooof, yeah, just looked up the summer 2019 slate again... nothing else even comes close to this in terms of anticipation. Not to get too far off subject, but, in fact, all of next year looks to be one of the most mediocre in recent memory. Pretty disappointing overall.)
