He's played awful, thrown three balls at the feet of wide open receivers 10+ yards downfield, missed a wide open TD, and just missed a bunch of throws in general. But every time a ball gets into the secondary there's a GB receiver wide open. Eagles have blown a couple coverages leading to TDs.

Love has thrown some balls 5 yards short of wide open crossers 15-20 yards down field. Also made a couple bad throws near the goal line that led to having to settle for a FG. Guys on GB running wide open all day.

It'll last for, like, ten minutes until the next QB contract is announced. By the time the deal is up, he wont be Top 10. Just the way the market goes

Apparently, that was the sticking point. Prescott wanted less time, and Dallas wanted more. The sooner he hits the market, the sooner he'll get an even bigger deal next time around.

I honestly wasn't ready to go back to QB hell.

What makes them ******ed? While it may be true today, the salary cap is projected to go up by at least 30% by year 2026. As usual, when it comes to large contracts they typically look a lot better in a year or two (barring the player doesn't flop or get hurt).

2. Top 5 WR
3. Top 3 pass rusher
3. All Pro CBs
5. Rookie LT with franchise LT potential.

Combine this with the fact that they typically draft well, we have all the main ingredients to be a strong team for the next few years.

They can... but we are going to start losing players like Tank and Zack Martin.

I think we see Micah and Tyler Smith get the next big deals. I don't think we will be able to afford Bland.

Don't see how but I also know nothing of the cap situation. I still say trade him fir some picks and load up on young guys on rookie deals. Seems to be the blueprint.

2-3 years of hope and then start over like the Texans did. Jerrah will probably be dead by then.....been saying this for 10 years. He's a tough old buzzard.

The projected cap for 2026 is $330 million. By then Parsons will be on his new deal, and Dallas will have three players accounting for 32-35% of their cap depending on the specific structure of Dak and Parsons' deals. For reference, this year 12 teams have that much or more tied up in either three players, or two players plus dead money, and half of them are contenders.

So yeah, you're way off

This is his last huge guaranteed contract. He'll turn 35 the offseason after this deal is up, and nobody is giving him more than two years of guaranteed money at a time at that point.
