I don't think it's unreasonable to be surprised when someone who was neither a perpetrator or a victim comes up as a casualty to the events.

I think you're just being argumentative. When the Weinstein story was published, I doubt many knew of all the twists and turns it would take and how far reaching it would become.

No, I did not expect a non-victim to take her own life over this. Of course any rational human would expect collateral damage, just nothing on this level.

But obviously you're trying to do the same, tired sh*t of purposefully turning an innocent remark into some transparent attempt at not-so-subtly pointing out how misguided I am and thus how right you are about Hollywood and blah, blah, blah.

Twice in the last month I've been forced to agree with Maher. I feel a bit dirty but he's doing great work on this topic.

It is interesting that BLM folks get mad when a white person says we shouldn't see color, but that's exactly what MeToo people want everyone to do with gender.

I would love the next reboot to include the fan theory that James Bond is more of a title than a person and Craig dies and a new guy takes the role, even though Skyfall blew that theory up
