On the Megan Kelly Today show (Wed Nov 8th) the attorney for Paz states that a Weinstein operative named Rubin (or Ruben) represented himself as being retained by Paz and tried to take important records from the victim's therapist. This is an important part of the NY case because Paz told her therapist about the rape right after it occurred and there are confidential psychiatric records.
They talk about Rubin about halfway through (5:55) the interview. This seems to have slowed down the process to arrest Weinstein.

Both but mostly rape & assault.
No actual rap, just a lot of modern country music, which I find far more offensive and damaging.
