My tan 65 I ordered that originally had June as the ship date is now bumped up to May so it looks like its starting to speed up a little. Still would like to see them get it to me in April like they apparently starting telling people according to a few pages back.

Well, stopped at a Buc ee's this weekend while heading back to Arkansas, and picked up 4 of the 30oz RTIC cups. My daughters have been hounding me for there own Yeti and owed a buddy for feeding the dogs.

I did a simple test and they seem to be just as good as my Yeti 30oz.

Filled both with ice water to cool them both before the start, emptied them and filled with ice where I could still put on the lid, and filled with tap water until full at about 3:00pm.

The next morning they had about the same amount of ice & water. Took mine to work and left the RTIC. When we got home after work and school the RTIC still had enough ice to "clang" when moved.

They are 50% of the cost and work as good or at least 90% as good as my YETI. Now to see how they hold up with use.


May have to ponder a cooler now.

Edit: Lids seem to be interchangeable, but did not try a spill test

This Saturday April 23- midnight Monday April 25 is a sales tax holiday on emergency preparation supplies including non electric coolers and ice chests. When I asked if they would be waving sales tax during this statewide sales tax holiday on emergency supplies, a girl at RTIC paused, but told me that they were not participating. What??? The question may have caught her off guard, but when I re-iterated that it was a State sales tax Holiday, she said the owners chose not to participate. She may or may not have known anything about it.
Fine RTIC! I will not purchase a couple of coolers this weekend.

It only applies to coolers below $75, of which RTIC offers exactly zero models.

Well then they need to come up with a lunch pail size cooler for $74.99!

No, they do not have any type of coolers for sale in the store. They have tumblers available for purchase though.

I got an email from them this morning saying that they expect to have all coolers in stock by end of May for same day shipping.

It also said that they're ready to release their line of bottles (18, 36, and 64 oz) and soft side coolers.

Got the RTIC 30oz tumbler as a gift today and will be hydrodipping it in maroon next week.

Now if the rest of you bums would hurry up and get your coolers maybe some of us would be able to purchase one. Or two.
