I ordered eleven RTICs of various sizes and colors for business-gifts on Sept 9th, but only after swinging by to verify that an RTIC office existed at the Cypress address (6 miles from my home). That recon mission was conducted after business-hours, so I wasn't able to enter their office - but at least the place existed.
I received a future ship-notice for my order earlier this week, but not for another 30-45 days. Sooo, I decided to swing by their office (again) to scope out the business.
Low and behold, I was greeted as I entered the business by the owner (co-owner?) - and we already knew each other through our mutual church here in Cypress. That, in itself, put many of my concerns at ease.
I was able to inspect some recent production units (including earlier prototypes, whose improvement partially prompted the production-delay). Now I can't wait to begin distributing these jewels to several eager customers.
As for the naysayers who question RTIC's quality; I think they're way off base - but if they want to pay twice as much for a status-symbol logo, go ahead and stick with the Yeti.

What's wrong with questioning the quality of something that there is few, if any at all, tests/reviews about how these hold up in the outdoors?

No, I'm not saying I need to see this thing go toe to toe with a grizzly; but I'd like to see how it holds up to heavy use.

That's a fair question. I agree that it's always best to scrutinize quality on an untested/new-entry/lower-priced product.
I should've phrased my comment based on my first-hand observations of the items rather than speculations by others. In that respect, the RTICs appear to possess every bit the quality and durability of a Yeti; but the real test is field-use over time.

Ordered my tan 65 on 8/18 and the expected ship date is 11/13 according to the rep I talked to. My roommate ordered a white 65 on the same day i ordered mine and his shipped yesterday.

I also "pre-ordered" in July, but I think they threw that out and are shipping in order of actual sales.

Looks great out of the box. Quality appears to be top notch with excellent fit and finish. Won't be tested for a while, though.

was told today that I wont get it until 11/13
